wonderful view helpful staff cold pool broken toy

the hotel had a wonderful view from my balcony classic garden room. the staff were great and helped me arranging tours too.

the pool area seemed very cold. dressing rooms also felt chilly and the water was not warm enough. i also thought the kids zone wasn't great because most toys seemed broken making it almost useless.

the hotel gardens featured a wide array of flora. i found the room design to be elegant with mountain views. the staff provided seamless support with any requests i had. i noticed an hourly buggy service offers convenient transport to the city center.

the minibar temperature was not as cool as i expected, which slightly affected my enjoyment of the beverages.

I appreciated the hourly shuttle service to town. It was very convenient. The views from the hilltop location gave a great city perspective. The hotel also included several GOOD restaurants and bars on-site, very useful.

The gardens were intricate and very beautiful. I admired them. A Massage and wellness center existed in the Cat Cat building. It was above the high tea service location. The Wellness Centre included an extensive range of beauty and relaxation massages.

strict hotel rules room key fine

i found the staff's reminders annoying. i was told about fines for losing the room key. also, bringing in outside food was prohibited, and i wondered if that was to ensure i used room service.

attractive architecture fantastic balcony well-run hotel

The architecture was very attractive, alongside wonderful mountain views. The rooms had a fantastic balcony with a view. The food and afternoon tea were very good. The hotel is well-run and thoughtfully designed.

I thought the minibar was a little warm, but the rest was very good.

The staff helped us check in early. They allowed us to rest since we arrived very early by sleeper train. They provided great convenience. It was very helpful, and I was really appreciative of the prompt response and assistance.
